Water Lab Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for water, wastewater and microbiology, conducting analysis, and documentation of data. The role requires proficiency in lab techniques and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct microbiological testing and analysis on water samples (bacteria, pH/EC, alkalinity, etc.) to understand their potential effects on drinking, irrigation, and livestock water.
- Maintain and operate laboratory equipment and ensure proper function and calibration.
- Collect and interpret data from laboratory tests and studies. Document and report findings accurately.
- Support regulatory compliance and assist with audits related to microbiology.
- Qualifications:
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in laboratory work.
- Preference for an associate’s degree in science, or a related field such as Nursing or healthcare.
- Proficiency in using laboratory software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
