- Assist with front office operations, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting patients.
- Process billing and insurance claims accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers.
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
▫️Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a medical office or billing role preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Google Office, electronic health records).
