Insurance Representative 

Full time position generally working Monday-Friday.

Developing insurance quotes, making sales presentations, and closing sales.

Fostering strong relationships with current and prospective clients to maintain client retention.

Responding to requests, solving or referring problems, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Treating each client interaction as an opportunity for education and account rounding.

Building clientele via prospecting, referrals, and networking in the community.

Property & Casualty license preferred but willing to provide training and support obtaining your license.

A team player who is self motivated and goal driven.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Conduct yourself in a professional manner in all communication, including phone, email, social media, and face to face

Base wage depending on experience.  Multiple opportunities to increase income with education, sales and teamwork. Agency-wide monthly and annual goals with tiered payout.  Benefits available and a detailed list will be provided and reviewed at the interview.
