Human Resource Manager

Human Resource Manager – Full-time position working Monday-Friday


Major position responsibilities include:

  • Performs employee relations functions effectively to promote a positive work environment
  • Assists VP with the administration and review of the facility-wide compensation
  • Plans, investigates, and develops proposals related to establishing employee benefit programs and ensures compliance with benefit regulations
  • Oversees, develops, and monitors programs related to the retention of all hospital staff
  • Maintains an understanding of all laws which impact HR practices
  • Oversees leave of absence management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required, human resource emphasis preferred
  • 3-5 years experience in human resources required
