Southwest Area Training Service is seeking a professional with excellent customer service and writing skills. We are looking for a person with experience in the desktop version of QuickBooks The ideal candidate is someone who has experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate should be detail-oriented, possess strong time management and organizational skills, have excellent oral and written communication, can track and execute multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
PREFERRED: post-high school coursework/training in QuickBooks, administration, management, finance, planning, At least one year of diverse experience in administrative/professional support. Experience writing complex communications, researching issues, compiling data, preparing and maintaining spreadsheets/graphs, developing presentation materials, and planning and organizing projects/events/information for accurate and timely follow-up. Expert proficiency in Microsoft products: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Publisher.
OTHER: Successful completion of background check is required. Applicants accepting a job offer must complete and pass a drug test.
