Bookkeeper/Legal Assistant/Office Manager

We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Legal Assistant/Office Manager to support our daily operations and ensure the office runs smoothly. This full-time role blends light bookkeeping with legal and financial administrative responsibilities—perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys variety in their workday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliations.
  • Oversee office operations, ordering supplies, and coordinating with vendors.
  • Greet clients and provide professional front-desk support.
  • Maintain organized records and assist with general administrative duties.
  • Support scheduling, filing, and overall office organization.
  • Assist attorneys with drafting legal documents, e-filing, and calendaring.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in bookkeeping and office administration (QuickBooks a plus).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with care.
  • Friendly, professional, and dependable.
