Bookkeeper

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
▪ Manage payroll, accounts receivable/payable, and DOT records
▪ Maintain accurate financials in QuickBooks
▪ Prepare sales tax and state filings
▪ Assist with customer calls and general admin
▪ Identify discrepancies and resolve issues proactively
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:
▪ Advanced QuickBooks knowledge (𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝)
▪ HR experience (𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝)
▪ Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
▪ Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
▪ POS experience & industry knowledge (𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝)
𝐏𝐚𝐲: Pay DOE (dependent on experience)
