Join us at the YMCA for an invigorating Youth Strength Training Summer Camp, designed exclusively for young athletes and fitness enthusiasts aged 10 to 15. Over the course of two weeks, with sessions running every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, participants will engage in a variety of strength training exercises tailored to their age group, promoting healthy growth, improving athletic performance, and instilling a lifelong love for fitness.

Camp Details:

  • Age Group: 10 to 15 years old
  • Dates: July 22 – Aug 2
    • 10 – 12 yr olds 9:30 – 10:30 am
    • 13 – 15 yr olds 11:00 am – 12:00 pm
  • Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
  • Focus: Age-appropriate strength training, including bodyweight exercises, resistance training, and foundational weightlifting techniques. The program also incorporates elements of flexibility, balance, and endurance training to ensure a well-rounded fitness regimen.
