Step into the ring this summer with our Youth Boxing Summer Camp at the YMCA, specifically crafted for young enthusiasts aged 10 to 15. This two-week intensive camp, taking place on Tuesdays and Thursdays, offers the perfect opportunity for budding boxers to learn the fundamentals of boxing, enhance their physical fitness, and develop discipline and self-confidence in a supportive and energetic environment.

Summer Camp Dates:

• July 9 – 18: Tues & Thurs 10:00 – 11:30 am
• Age Group: 10 to 15 years old
• Focus: Introduction to boxing fundamentals, including stance, footwork, punches, and defensive techniques, alongside conditioning exercises to improve strength, agility, and endurance.

Camp Highlights:

• Expert Coaching: Our experienced boxing instructors are passionate about introducing young athletes to the world of boxing, ensuring safe and effective training practices.
