Tyler McCarty of Saltwater Hills will demonstrate how to shell and devein shrimp from his farm. Chef Martha Callahan will teach us how to prepare a shrimp cocktail and pasta dish. We'll provide beverages and dessert so the class can share a locally sourced 3 course dinner.
