Midwest Housing Initiatives and Excel Development Group are hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony for the Maplewood Apartments II affordable housing development. The ribbon cutting will celebrate the Maplewood Apartments II affordable senior (55+) housing development which consists of the rehabilitation of 2 eightplexes (16 units), 4 duplexes (8 units), community garden, and an outdoor exercise area tailored to seniors. 16 units are two bedrooms and one bathroom and 8 units are three bedrooms and one bathroom.
