** Canceled ** Saturday, October 31, 2020 10 a.m. Starting in front of Keystone Business Center. We will Trick or Treat the Downtown Businesses. This Event has been approved by SW NE Health Department. Please follow these guidelines: -If you feel sick, or have been exposed to someone who has been sick, do not attend. -Please have all attendees' face (nose and mouth) covered. -Please stay in small groups of no more than 8. -Please try to stay at least 6 feet away from other groups. -This event will be canceled if the risk dial raises to high.
