Presentation by Peter Longo who has been a professor of political science at the University of Nebraska–Kearney since 1988. He holds his BA in history form Creighton University (1980), JD (1982) and PhD (1986) from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Longo has published numerous articles as well as books. He is the co-editor author of Water on the Great Plains (Texas Tech University Press, 2002) Great Plains Politics (University of Nebraska Press, 2018) and co-author, with Robert Miewald and Anthony Schutz, of The Nebraska State Constitution: A Reference Guide, 2nd Edition (University of Nebraska Press, 2010).
