High Plains Radio Christmas Light Parade
"Light up the Bricks"
Saturday, Dec. 4th 2021 Line up @ 5:30 p.m.
Parade starts @ 6 p.m.
The parade will begin on the east side of Norris Park (on east 1st), proceed down Norris Avenue, and disband at West C & 2nd.
Pre-register before December 3rd to be eligible for prizes.
Make plans now to have an entry in this annual event sponsored by High Plains Radio and the McCook Chamber of Commerce. Be Creative and you could be one of the lucky winners. High Plains Radio will be awarding prizes as follows:
1st Place $700 Advertising Package
2nd Place $500 Advertising Package
3rd Place $300 Advertising Package
Commercial availability expires February 28, 2022
After speaking with Southwest Nebraska Public Health Department, we can throw candy but please take appropriate precautions. They suggested wearing a mask when preparing the candy and limiting exposure by minimizing the number of people who touch it before throwing the candy. As a reminder candy can't be thrown from the floats.
