Hand building Ceramics Workshop - session 2 of 2

Description

This is a two-session hand building ceramics workshop. The focus for this workshop is to be Pet Portraits. 

Cost for the workshop is $75 per person includes

• clay, materials, and firing fees for the duration of the workshop 
• Participants should bring a picture of their pet to work from 

Participants will: 

• learn foundational hand-building techniques, including pinch, coil, and slab construction 
• develop an understanding of clay behavior and its various stages 
• gain hands-on experience with surface finishing and glazing techniques 
• complete a set of finished ceramic pieces (estimated 1-2 per participant)
