- Delivers comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients, including all ages from newborn to elderly in various settings - medical-surgical, special observation unit, labor/delivery/recovery, post partum, newborn nursery, and emergency room.
- As a team leader, effectively delegates, directs, coordinators, and supervises the delivery of comprehensive nursing care provided to patients by the nursing team.
- Effectively interacts with families, physicians, and other health team members.
- Maintains standards of nursing care/practice.
